The short version, up front. We don't trade. We don't manage your money. We don't give investment or financial advice. We don't promise profit. We take someone else's trading strategy or a loud claim about returns and re-check it from scratch, honestly, on our own stand — to see whether it actually happened in the past — and publish the conclusion.

1. Terms, parties and subject

Provider (we, "TITAN Verdict") — the party providing the services under this offer. Details: [LEGAL ENTITY / SOLE PROPRIETOR], [DETAILS]. Client (you) — any person or organization who accepts this offer and pays. Strategy — a set of trading rules or a returns claim you ask us to check. Stand — our environment where we re-run the strategy on historical data under rules announced in advance. Verdict — our conclusion about how the strategy performed in the past: what was claimed and what an honest re-measurement showed. It describes the past; it is not a forecast. Pre-registration — test conditions recorded and "sealed" before measuring; we can anchor their fingerprint in the Bitcoin blockchain. txid — the number (hash) of a blockchain transfer; not a key, not a password.

Subject: an independent re-check of someone else's strategy or returns claim on our stand, and a verdict about its past. What we do NOT do: place trades or trade; manage your capital; give investment, financial, tax or legal advice (a verdict is not a recommendation to buy/sell/invest); guarantee returns or any future result. Past results do not repeat in the future. Every decision about your money is yours, at your own risk.

2. Services and pricing

Prices in US dollars. Payment in USDT on TRON (TRC20). For an audit or stream, the exact amount is confirmed after scope is agreed. Public review — free: we take a loud public claim and publish the verdict in an open registry; we decide what to take on. Strategy audit — $2,500, within 10 business days: you send exact rules; we return a "claimed vs measured" verdict, a methodology appendix and a sealed pre-registration. Deep audit — from $7,500, under NDA: your data, a dedicated stand; amount by scope, agreed before payment. Audit stream (retainer) — from $5,000 per month: ongoing checks for a capital manager or family office; paid monthly.

3. Ordering and acceptance

First you describe the strategy via the form on the site. We come back with a timeline and exact amount. After we agree, you pay and confirm by txid; we verify on the blockchain and begin. Acceptance: this offer is accepted when BOTH conditions are met together — (1) you tick "I have read the offer" and (2) you pay. From that moment a contract is concluded on the terms of this offer. Acceptance means you read this document and agree with all of it, including the sections on the absence of guarantees, the disclaimers and the refund terms. If you disagree with even one point, do not tick the box and do not pay.

4. Payment

Payment in USDT on TRON (TRC20), paid in full in advance unless agreed otherwise. After the transfer you confirm by txid; we verify directly on the blockchain; work is paid once confirmed on the network. Send only USDT on TRON (TRC20) — a transfer on another network or coin may be lost permanently; check the network before sending. We NEVER ask for private keys, a seed phrase, wallet or exchange passwords, or access to your funds — only a transfer to our address and the txid are needed. Anyone asking for keys or a seed phrase in our name is a fraud. Network fees are paid by the Client; the full amount must arrive at our address.

5. Timing and deliverables

For a strategy audit, the term is 10 business days from when the payment is confirmed on the network and we have everything needed (exact rules, parameters, period). For a deep audit and a stream, the term is agreed before payment. If we lack data and have requested it, the term pauses until you reply. Deliverable: a "claimed vs measured" verdict; a methodology appendix (data, period, fees, assumptions — so the result can be understood and reproduced); a sealed pre-registration (fingerprint in the Bitcoin blockchain). The deliverable is sent to the email you provide.

6. Guarantee and refund

Our honesty guarantee: if you find a genuine methodological error in our work — one that changes the verdict's conclusion — we refund the money for that work and publish a breakdown of the error. This applies to an error in our method or calculation, not to disagreement with the conclusion or simply not liking the verdict. Otherwise, work started and prepaid is non-refundable — it is a service performed individually for your request and our time and stand resources are already spent. The free public review is non-refundable — nothing is paid for it.

7. Confidentiality and NDA

For a deep audit we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Your data, the rules you send and the very fact of a commissioned audit are not published or shared with third parties — used only to carry out your check. A separately signed NDA takes precedence over the general wording of this offer on non-disclosure. The free public review is public by nature — see Section 9.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is informational: we provide an independent measurement and a conclusion about a strategy's past behavior; we do not provide trading, asset management, investment advisory or brokerage services. A verdict is a conclusion about the past on specific data, not a prediction and not advice to act. All decisions about your money, trades and investments are made by you, at your own risk. We are not liable for your trading decisions, for the use or non-use of a checked strategy, or for any losses, lost profit or other damages. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the source data and rules you provide: we measure what we receive and describe it honestly.

9. Intellectual property and the right to publish

The verdicts, texts, methodologies, design and materials we create belong to us unless agreed otherwise in writing. Public reviews we may publish and distribute — that is their point; by proposing a claim for public review you agree the verdict may be published in the open registry. Commissioned work (strategy audit, deep audit, stream) is confidential — we do not publish the result without your separate consent; for a deep audit the NDA in Section 7 applies.

10. Personal data

We collect the minimum: to respond and deliver the result — your email; to verify a payment — the txid. Used only to provide the service and communicate. We do not share personal data with third parties except where required by law; we do not request unnecessary data or financial access (see Section 4). Handling is governed by the applicable law in Section 12.

11. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by force majeure (natural disasters, war, acts of authorities, mass failures of communications, power, internet or blockchain networks). While such circumstances last, terms are paused; if they last too long, either party may terminate, with settlement for the part actually performed.

12. Governing law and disputes

This offer is governed by the law of [JURISDICTION]. Disputes are first settled by negotiation; failing that, referred to [COURT / DISPUTE RESOLUTION BODY, JURISDICTION] under applicable law.
